In developing this online learning program, it was our goal to remove the two biggest impediments to pilots and maintainers in their attempt to get world class training:  Access and High Costs.

We have now achieved that goal by removing both of these impediments.

Convergent Performance seeks to standardize and establish a baseline understanding of human error at the individual level to reduce the frequency and negative outcomes of human error. It puts the challenge of human error where it belongs, in the hands of those who have the greatest stake in the outcome. This unique program represents a direct attack approach on human error as opposed to passive protective layers which make up most traditional safety programs.

All online courses are designed to be completed in between 1.5 to 4 hours of actual contact time for an average learner. Additional course resources, such as case studies and mission scenario analysis, may require additional reading time. Additionally, outside reading and study is recommended (though not required) to maximize the impact of course materials. Although key areas receive appropriate emphasis, the course is not spoon fed to pass the end of course quiz. The learner must engage with and master the content of each course in order to satisfactorily pass the end of course examination.

The PRC and MRC programs have been approved by the National Business Aviation Association as fulfilling the requirements for their Professional Development Program HR9 (Human Resources Objective 9) and L6 (Leadership Objective 6) respectively.  Any students that complete either course are eligible to receive the PDP certificate of achievement from the NBAA.  (For more information on the NBAA Professional Development Program, click here).

Congratulations on your personal commitment to seek higher professional standards. Good luck.
